- in a shaker filled with ice cubes, add maple syrup, apple brandy, whisky, angostura bitters and shake well until chilled
- prepare your cocktail glasses (or small cute mason jars as I did) by adding several ice cubes to each and some apple peel (and/or orange and lemon peel)
- fill 2/3 of each glass with the mix from the shaker, and the remaining 1/3 with apple cider and 1 tbsp of effervescent bitters drink (optional : for the nice red colour).
